"We have all of our insurances through this State Farm Agency. They’ve been great from the very beginning! I was unfortunately in a car accident, but they were so responsive, helped with everything, kept me updated on information I wasn’t sure about, and answered all questions I had. "Brandon is amazing. When I have a problem he get stuff done for me, communicating clearly any responsibility I have or things I might see along the way. I don't have to sit in long holds or wait for bad customer service. I get to build rapport with one person who goes out of his way to sort out my insurance needs every time. I don't know that I would be willing to work with anyone else anymore as spoiled as I am and as streamlined as my insurance experience is now. We had our cars with them and then I knew when we bought our first house that this was the place to go to know it was handled right the first time and we would get the best rates that fit our needs."
